Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOLGRAM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Boolgram against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as we designate in a region-specific addendum, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
