We take the security of our Services and your data seriously. This page summarizes how we approach security and how you can help.
How we protect the Services
- Encryption in transit. We use HTTPS/TLS for connections between your device and our infrastructure where supported.
- Access controls. We limit access to systems and data to authorized personnel and partners who need it to operate the Services.
- Monitoring and updates. We monitor for abuse and vulnerabilities and apply security patches as part of our operations.
- Authentication. We support sign-in through established identity providers; use a strong, unique password and protect your account credentials.
Your responsibilities
- Enable multi-factor authentication when we offer it;
- Keep software on your devices up to date;
- Be cautious of phishing and only sign in through official Boolgram entry points;
- Report suspected compromise of your account to us promptly.
Reporting security vulnerabilities
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Boolgram, please report it responsibly. Do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable time to investigate and remediate.
Contact: Send a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and your contact information to kavishkatimashan@gmail.com.
Abuse and safety
For reports of harassment, illegal content, or other safety concerns about behavior on the Services, see our Community guidelines and use in-app reporting where available.
Privacy
For how we collect and use personal data, read our Privacy Policy.
